As a relationship and mental health counsellor in Singapore, Florence Lee supports individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional and relational challenges. After seven years in Europe as a neuroscientist, she returned home to work with the Institute of Mental Health and later transitioned into counselling, helping families experiencing transitions such as divorce.
Florence is keen to support individuals, couples and families through their personal and relational challenges. She is particularly keen to work with young people, aged between 18 to 35 years, to provide support for them to gain agency over their lives.
She marvels at the positive shifts she has witnessed in her clients as they journeyed together. Florence is open to exploring different approaches in counselling, finding the mix that suits her clients’ needs and strengths.
Besides holding undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Neurobiology, Florence holds a Master’s in Counselling degree from TCA College, Singapore. She is currently a provisional clinical member with the Singapore Association for Counselling.
