With a deep passion for supporting others on their journey to healing and growth, Tammy has experience guiding clients through positive life changes. She works with individuals to overcome complex trauma, navigate crises, embrace developmental and life stage transitions, and address challenges such as adverse childhood experiences and self-esteem issues. Tammy has worked with people of all ages, from young children to older adults, creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters healing, personal growth, and empowerment.
Guided by a person-centred approach, Tammy tailors her therapeutic methods to meet each client’s unique needs. She integrates evidence-based practices, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Expressive Therapy, and other modalities, helping individuals build resilience and discover their inner strength.
Tammy holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master of Counselling from the University of Queensland, Australia. She is currently a member of the Australian Counselling Association.
Outside of her professional work, she embraces mindfulness through crocheting and colouring, practices that encourage creativity, relaxation, and balance in her daily life.
