Tammy Teo

Counsellor

Tammy is a dedicated counsellor with experience supporting clients through positive life changes in social service and therapeutic settings. She works with individuals of all ages, guiding them through challenges such as adverse childhood and family experiences, developmental transitions, life-stage changes, grief and loss, and burnout.

With a person-centred approach, Tammy tailors her therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. She draws from a variety of evidence-based practices, including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, to help clients build resilience and rediscover their inner strength.

Tammy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Counselling from the University of Queensland, Australia. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology and is a member of the Australian Counselling Association.

Beyond her counselling practice, Tammy enjoys reading, cooking, and crocheting—creative activities that bring her peace, joy, and balance.
