Tammy brings experience supporting clients through meaningful life changes across social service and therapeutic settings. She works with individuals of all ages, helping them navigate challenges such as adverse childhood and family experiences, developmental and life-stage transitions, grief and loss, burnout, and emotional wellbeing.
Grounded in a person-centred approach, Tammy believes therapy should be tailored to each individual’s unique story, strengths, and goals. She integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to support clients in building resilience, deepening self-understanding, and reconnecting with their inner strengths.
Tammy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Counselling from the The University of Queensland. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology and is a member of the Australian Counselling Association.
Outside of her counselling practice, Tammy enjoys reading, cooking, crocheting, and spending time with dogs.
