Sandy Tong

Clinical Psychologist

Sandy is a Clinical Psychologist who has experience working with children, youths, and adults in community and public health settings. She provides individual psychotherapy drawing on cognitive-behavioural and humanistic approaches. She is based in Singapore and is registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists. 

 

Sandy graduated with a Masters in Psychology (Clinical) from the National University of Singapore. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and is familiar with Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) approaches. Her clinical experience includes working with children with special needs and their parents in early intervention settings, providing clinical assessment and intervention to school-age children and youths in school and community settings, and providing psychosocial support to oncological patients and their caregivers in an acute public health setting.
