Neil Dyason

Counsellor

Navigating life transitions, workplace pressures, or personal challenges can leave individuals feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Neil provides a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic space where adults of all ages can process their experiences, regain clarity, and build a path forward.

At the heart of Neil’s practice is Person-Centred Therapy. He treats every counselling relationship as a genuine partnership, viewing each client as unique and inherently valued. Rather than applying a rigid, one-size-fits-all model, he works closely with individuals to explore their specific circumstances and discover practical strategies that align with their personal goals. To support this personalised care, he thoughtfully integrates evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Choice Theory and Reality Therapy (CTRT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

What distinguishes Neil is his unique blend of clinical training and extensive real-world experience. Holding a Master of Arts in Psychotherapy alongside a Master of Business Administration, he brings over 20 years of workplace exposure spanning early-career positions to senior leadership roles. This background gives him deep insight into career stress, workplace dynamics, executive burnout, and life-stage transitions. Having lived and worked across Singapore, India, the UK, and the USA, he approaches every client with a culturally agile, inclusive lens.

Whether supporting young adults navigating early independence or seasoned professionals managing complex personal and career pressures, Neil focuses on unlocking his clients’ natural strengths. He invites individuals to recognise their capacity for growth and helps them take meaningful, healthy steps toward long-term emotional well-being.
