Megah Sri
Counsellor
Megah is a compassionate therapist who believes everyone deserves a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space to feel heard, understood, and accepted. She walks alongside clients as they make sense of what they are going through, understand their emotions, and explore the patterns that may be shaping their relationships and lives.
Her work often focuses on trauma and emotional healing, relationships, self-worth, identity, attachment, and emotional well-being. Clients may be navigating dating or relationship concerns, breakups or infidelity, difficulties with self-worth, family or relationship patterns, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, understand what may be happening beneath the surface, and begin finding a way forward.
Having lived across Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Japan, Korea, and now Singapore, Megah understands what it can feel like to build a life away from where you started. Living across different cultures has shaped the way she understands identity, belonging, relationships, and the expectations we carry from the environments we grow up in. She particularly values working with people whose experiences span different cultures, identities, and ways of seeing the world.
Her background in corporate environments has also given her an understanding of the pressures that can come with work, achievement, expectations, and major life transitions. She works with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, helping them navigate complex personal and professional issues while making sense of differences in communication, expectations, and perspectives.
Megah believes you do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out for support. You can come as you are, even if you feel confused, overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply know that something needs to change. Together, she hopes to create space for clients to understand their experiences, develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion, and explore healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
If you are at a point in your life where you are ready to understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful change, Megah would be honoured to walk alongside you.
