Juliana Pang

Counsellor

Juliana Pang is a Registered Counsellor and Clinical Member of the Singapore Association for Counselling, holding a Master’s in Counselling from Monash University. She has supported clients and their caregivers through a wide range of mental health challenges in diverse settings, including group private practice, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and a halfway house.

Juliana takes an integrated, evidence-based approach, combining EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness. Her work focuses on trauma recovery, emotional regulation, cognitive reframing, inner child healing, and attachment repair, all within a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space. Where appropriate, she incorporates 12-Step work to support clients seeking recovery from dependency on substance or addictive behaviours.

Apart from clinical skills, Juliana brings nearly 20 years of corporate experience into the therapy room, offering a grounded, practical lens alongside deep clinical insight. Having lived and worked across Asia, Australia, and Europe, she provides inclusive, culturally sensitive counselling for clients from diverse backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures.

Juliana believes in empowering her clients with insight, coping skills, and emotional resilience to navigate life, work, and relationships. She works with adults aged 18 and above.
