Jit Tan

Clinical Psychologist

Jit is a registered Clinical Psychologist based in Singapore. She approaches therapy with openness and collaboration so as to support and empower clients through their emotional struggles, work towards therapeutic goals, and develop greater emotional resilience. She has worked with adolescents and adults in private and public health settings in both Australia and Singapore. Jit combines evidence-based practice with a holistic and individualised approach, drawing on training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), family-based interventions, and mindfulness-based approaches.
