Clinical Psychologist

Jian Wei is a registered Clinical Psychologist in Singapore with experience working with youths, adults, and older adults across special education schools, community and public healthcare settings. He has worked with a wide range of mental health conditions, including mood and anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorder, trauma- and shame-related issues, as well as grief and loss. He adopts an individualised, non-judgmental, evidence-based therapeutic approach, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Schema-Informed Therapy. He believes that therapy is a process through which individuals develop an understanding of their suffering and cultivate a compassionate commitment to personal recovery and growth.
