Janet Chang

Clinical Psychologist

Janet is a registered clinical psychologist with extensive experience working in public hospitals, community services, and private practice in Singapore. She works with youths and adults experiencing emotional and relational difficulties, including depression, anxiety, and trauma.
Janet’s therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, with a focus on building awareness of underlying patterns and supporting meaningful, sustainable change. She works alongside clients while respecting their pace, strengths, and capacity for growth.
Outside the therapy room, Janet is a mother of two and enjoys hiking, music, and Chinese tea appreciation. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
