Jacquelyn is a licensed professional counsellor with over ten years of experience supporting a diverse clientele, including teenagers, young adults, working professionals, and seniors across the education, private, and social service sectors. Specialising in depression, post-traumatic stress, and anxiety, Jacquelyn has positively impacted the lives of many clients throughout her counseling journey. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices in cognitive-dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and grief therapy, allowing her to guide individuals through emotional distress, relationship challenges, career obstacles, and significant life transitions.
