Counselling Psychologist

Chloe is an experienced counselling psychologist based in Singapore, with over 15 years of expertise supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental health challenges.Her approach is warm, person-centred, and collaborative, creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly seen and heard.

She draws on evidence-based methods, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Chloe also incorporates psychoeducation and coaching when appropriate, customising each session to meet her clients’ goals and needs.

Her areas of interest include burnout, life transitions, grief and loss, emotional regulation, and relationship difficulties. She is particularly experienced in helping clients navigate overwhelming thoughts and emotions and guiding them to reconnect with what matters most.

In addition to her clinical work, Chloe has also contributed to both social service and government settings, and she provides supervision to junior mental health professionals.
