Ng Jing Xuan

Clinical Psychologist

Jing Xuan is a clinical psychologist in Singapore, registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists. Her clinical experience spans over a decade in public healthcare and private practice, where she has provided therapy, psychological assessments, and clinical supervision. She believes in creating a collaborative, compassionate space for clients to rediscover balance and purpose.

Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-focused Therapy (CFT), she tailors her approach to meet each person’s goals and values and help them reconnect with meaning, resilience and balance. 

Jing Xuan works with youths and adults to navigate emotional and psychological needs with openness and resilience. With a particular interest in early intervention, she also works with preschoolers within school environments to strengthen emotional regulation, adaptability, and social confidence.

Outside of work, she enjoys slow mornings with coffee/ matcha, nature walks with her preschooler, and exploring creative hobbies that inspire mindfulness, creativity and play.
