Salman is pivotal in steering the clinical governance framework, ensuring the highest standards of mental health care on digital platforms. He leads in developing policies, ensuring compliance, and managing quality assurance processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, Salman plays a crucial role in risk management and product feature development. Additionally, he actively supports clinical service delivery, including crisis intervention and content creation, maintaining a direct connection with client needs.

Salman is a Counsellor trained at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore, where he earned his Master’s degree in Counselling & Guidance in 2016. Prior to joining Intellect, he was a Counsellor in a private setting and foreign worker dormitory in Singapore. Salman is a member of the Association of Psychotherapists & Counsellors Singapore (APACS).
