Azlitah holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling from Swinburne University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Singapore University of Social Sciences. She specialises in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis (TA). With nearly a decade of experience, she has worked with the Singapore Prison Service (SPS) and the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), addressing issues such as sexual offences, addiction, and mood disorders. Fluent in both English and Malay, Azlitah is renowned for creating a safe space for her clients.
