Expert Therapist for Identity & Personal Growth in SG, Andy is a Registered Counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling and Guidance from NTU. With a strong foundation in professional ethics and evidence-based practice, Andy offers integrative psychotherapy and coaching services to support individuals across diverse life domains, encompassing relationships, identity, emotional resilience, meaning-making, and career transitions.

Andy works with individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, relational challenges, identity exploration, existential concerns, and LGBTQ+ related issues. He assists clients in exploring selfhood, personal values, and the impact of family systems and life experiences. Rooted in a non-judgmental and inclusive stance, Andy provides unconditional positive regard, empathy, and psychological safety in every session. Andy employs Psychodynamic and Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Techniques, and Somatic Awareness, as well as imagery, metaphor, and sound-based techniques, to facilitate deeper emotional processing and integration.
